How to return your product if

1.The External Packaging was Damaged.

If you observe any damage or tampering with the external packaging of your order during delivery, kindly refrain from accepting the package. Instead, make note of your observations on the courier delivery sheet and promptly notify us, including your order details. We will address the issue with the relevant courier partner to ensure a resolution.

Upon confirmation from our courier partner that your parcel has been accepted for return and this information is updated on their website, we will initiate the refund process for you.

For prepaid orders (Credit Card, Net Banking, Debit Card, Gift Cards, Wallets), the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment. For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, we will cancel the order, and there is no need for a refund in this scenario.

2. The Product was Damaged, had Manufacturing Defect(s) or the Wrong Product was Delivered.

a) Return via

In the event that you receive a product in unsatisfactory condition, is damaged, defective, or if it is not the product you ordered or in the correct size, you have the option to initiate a return for the product.

You will also receive a confirmation for the return via SMS from our team.

Please refrain from returning any product before receiving confirmation from our team. If a product is returned without prior confirmation, we cannot guarantee any credit or refund.

After our Quality Check Team has received the returned goods, they will inspect the products for any defects or variations as per your claim. Once our Quality Check Team confirms that your return meets all the specified conditions, we will initiate the refund process. You will be notified via email and SMS regarding the acceptance or rejection of your return.

If, upon reviewing the product, invoice, or order receipt, it is determined that the error, defect, damage, or delay has occurred due to customer actions, you will not be eligible for a refund. In such instances, the same product you returned will be sent back to you.

b) Return through Self-Shipment:

For your convenience, we offer a free Reverse Pickup service based on your area or PIN Code. If Reverse Pickup is not feasible, kindly return the product(s) via courier in the original packaging, unused, and with tags to Ship the package to the following address:

Refund Process.

Refunds may be provided if:

(i) The customer or Fashion House Private Limited) cancels the order before it is shipped.

(ii) The returned items meet all the criteria for return, as specified for both Prepaid and Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders.

a) Refunds for Pre-paid Orders:

If the payment was made using a credit card, the refund will be credited to your credit card account and will be reflected in the next statement within 5 to 7 working days. For payments made using debit card or internet banking, the amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 to 14 working days. However, the actual credit to your account is contingent upon your bank's processing time. If you do not receive the credit within this timeframe, please verify with your bank and inform us if you encounter any issues.

b) Refunds for Cash-On-Delivery (COD) Orders:

If you have returned one or more products purchased using our Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payment method, kindly provide your Bank Account details for the refund:

The amount will be refunded in the Bank account through Electronic Funds Transfer. We do not provide any cash/cheque/DD.

Except for the events as explicitly stated in this Policy, you will not be entitled for any refund.

c) Refund Timelines.

We typically initiate eligible refunds within 7 working days from the receipt of the product(s) at our warehouse. You will be kept informed about the refund status via email. The actual refund to your bank or credit card account is subject to your bank's processing time.
